Paul Kadane

Paul Kadane is a strategic executive whose leadership is grounded in clarity, integrity, and sound judgment. Across more than two decades, he has led national teams and helped organizations navigate complex operations, sensitive investigations, reputational risk, and high-stakes decisions. Known for turning complex issues into clear direction, Paul brings together strategic intelligence, executive communications, and disciplined leadership to align people, strengthen trust, and move organizations forward. At Victevo, Paul helps align communication with business priorities, shape a clear and trusted organizational voice, and build confidence among athletes, families, partners, and stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice, specializing in Strategic Intelligence, from Liberty University and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer with advanced training in investigative interviewing.

Ben Spychalski

Chief Financial Officer · VICTEVO Holdings

Accomplished finance executive with more than 15 years of experience leading financial strategy, corporate planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and operational performance initiatives. Brings a unique combination of deep financial expertise and business leadership experience, having successfully guided organizations through strategic planning, capital allocation decisions, performance optimization, and growth initiatives. Throughout a career spanning finance, analytics, and technology leadership, has partnered with executive teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable financial strategies that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Recognized for a data-driven approach to decision-making, strong governance practices, and the ability to align financial objectives with long-term business value creation. Holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from South University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Valdosta State University. Expertise includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate strategy, budgeting and forecasting, business intelligence, risk management, operational excellence, and executive stakeholder engagement.
