Every VICTEVO athlete works with a leadership team, seven Discipline Coaches, the Athlete Success Coach for their sport, and Personal Digital Manager Marlowe — who lives inside the platform and the athlete database, always on, always in the data. The seats below are how the Academy is built at v1.

§1 — Leadership

President, VP, and Office Admin.

The three seats that run the Academy day to day. The President owns athlete outcomes and the bench. The VP runs execution across sports. The Office Admin keeps the operation moving.

§2 — Discipline Coaches

Seven disciplines. Seven coaches. Every sport.

The Discipline Coaches set the standard across mindset, nutrition, movement of weights, movement of mobility, recovery, video analysis (biomechanics and human movement), and mental health. They write the programming. Every Athlete Success Coach works with all seven.

Note. Mindset and Mental Health are separate seats. Mindset is performance psychology. Mental Health is licensed clinical work. Both are staffed.

§3 — Athlete Success

An Athlete Success Coach for all 79 sports.

One per sport, and the athlete’s person at VICTEVO. They bring athletes into the sport, onboard them, and look after them from there — the single point of contact for the athlete, their family, and their outside coaches. They do not write the training: the seven Discipline Coaches own the programming, and the Athlete Success Coach makes sure it reaches the athlete and works in their season. Compensation is performance-based and set at recruiting handoff.

§4 — Personal Digital Manager Marlowe

Your head coach. Always on. Always in the data.

Personal Digital Manager Marlowe lives inside the platform and the athlete database. Reads every athlete's numbers continuously. Benchmarks against peers, age, sport, D1, and pro standards. Every human seat above works alongside Marlowe — not in place of.
