The Academy admits athletes, coaches, and program partners on a calendar. Every application is reviewed by a member of the staff. Limited intake by design — the measurement loop only works when every athlete in the room can be seen.
Athlete
For individual athletes — youth, high school, college, semi-pro, and adult competitors — applying to a structured Academy program. Intake includes the 8-capacity baseline and a profile review before placement.
Cohorts open quarterly. Limited seats per sport.

Submit your application below. We capture the minimum information needed to route you to the right person on staff.
Profile review.
We review applications inside three business days. For athletes, this includes a look at any prior testing data, video, or coach references provided.
Conversation.
A 30-minute call with a member of the Academy staff. We confirm fit, explain the cohort or role in detail, and answer your questions.
Onboarding.
If accepted, you complete the 8-capacity baseline and the profile build inside VictevoOS. The Academy program starts on the next cohort date.

In the interim, applications are routed through Connect. Tell us which track and we'll send you the structured intake form. Coach and partner applications are capped per quarter so we can give every applicant a real conversation.
