Build the infrastructure of elite athletic development.

VICTEVO is building a data-driven sports performance ecosystem — physical academies, a smart coaching layer, and a recruiting platform designed to change how athletes develop, get seen, and get placed. We are hiring people who believe the current system is broken and have the skills to replace it.

Why VICTEVO

The mission is specific.

01

The mission is specific.

Most sports performance organizations promise athlete development. VICTEVO defines it. We built an 8-capacity testing framework because broad promises do not produce elite athletes. Precise, longitudinal measurement does. Every hire at VICTEVO contributes to an ecosystem where athlete outcomes are tracked, not assumed.

02

The athlete is the priority.

We are building for the athlete who is good enough to be great but does not have access to the resources that great programs assume. The athlete training at a facility that does not assess force output. The quarterback whose film has not been seen by anyone who can actually place him. VICTEVO is building the infrastructure to serve that athlete at scale.

03

Technology and humans — compounding, not competing.

VictevoOS includes a smart coaching layer. It handles daily check-ins, performance feedback, and data-driven guidance. It does not replace coaches. It creates the space for human coaches to do what technology cannot — build trust, read a room, deliver the hard conversation at the right moment.

How we work

Remote-eligible. High trust. Fast pace.

01
Remote-eligible, not remote-only.

The Academy is a physical facility and coaching staff is on-site once a site opens. Technology, product, and creative roles are remote-eligible. We do not require presence where it does not add value.

02
Technology-augmented by design.

Every department operates with advanced tooling as a first-class part of the workflow. We expect team members to engage with these tools, develop opinions on how to use them well, and contribute to improving how VICTEVO uses them.

03
Small team. High trust. Fast pace.

The team is lean, the pace is high, and the expectation is that you own your domain. We communicate directly, make decisions with the information available, and correct course quickly when we are wrong.

What we look for

Four things.

01

Ownership without prompting.

The people who thrive at VICTEVO identify a gap and close it without waiting for explicit direction.

02

High standards for the athlete experience.

Every person at VICTEVO — whether on the floor coaching or writing database migrations — affects the quality of what an athlete receives.

03

Intellectual honesty.

We build with data because data is more honest than intuition. We expect the same quality of reasoning in how team members communicate and evaluate their own work.

04

Comfort at the frontier.

We are not looking for people who are comfortable with the established way. We are looking for people who see the current state of sports performance — fragmented, credential-heavy, data-poor — and want to rebuild it correctly.

How to apply

Three steps.

Step 1 — Apply.

Email hello@victevo.com with the role title in the subject line. Include your resume and a brief statement (3-5 sentences) on why this specific role at VICTEVO. Applications without that context receive lower priority. We are not looking for a cover letter — we are looking for one paragraph that demonstrates you understand what we are building.

Step 2 — Conversation.

A first conversation with the hiring lead. No case studies, no prepared presentations. We want to understand your work, your reasoning, and your fit for this stage of the company.

Step 3 — Offer.

If we are aligned, we move to an offer — base, equity terms, start date, and a plain-language summary of the employment agreement. We do not make exploding offers. Target: 2-3 weeks from application to offer for most roles.

VICTEVO Holdings, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Athletic development has historically concentrated its best resources on athletes with the most access. VICTEVO exists, in part, to change that distribution — and that mission requires a team that reflects a wider range of backgrounds and experiences.
