What does not change

The method is constant.

Every version of the platform is an extension of the same six-step method — Measure, Compare, Identify the Gap, Build the Plan, Train on Real Equipment, Re-Measure. V1 establishes the baseline layer. V2 opens the market. V3 scales the infrastructure. The method does not change between versions.
