NFHS lists Spirit on its sports page, but the supplied NFHS pages do not explicitly say that cheerleading or STUNT is an NFHS-sanctioned sport. STUNT is an NCAA championship sport: all three divisions voted to approve stunt becoming an NCAA championship sport, with the first championship projected for spring 2027 and a championship window of April 30 - May 2, 2027. Club, youth and academy

Club STUNT is split into Fall from July to December and Spring from February to May, with the main club season also described as Summer-Fall, July 1 to December 5.
