Not an NCAA sport for men. Collegiate 7s national championships are run by National Collegiate Rugby and the College Rugby Association of America, whose national 7s championships fall in late April; neither sevens nor men's rugby appears in the NCAA championship future-dates schedule. CRAA

Club, youth and academy

Sevens sits alongside the 15s calendar rather than replacing it. Regional 7s circuits run in the Northern summer, including the Rugby Europe Championship 7s final leg in Split in late July 2026 and Japan's Taiyo Seimei 7s round 3 at Mikuni World Stadium in late July 2026, while the elite SVNS circuit occupies late November to early June.

Results data · Published but human-readable only, and well structured per event. SVNS publishes an events calendar, per-round fixtures and results, and season-structure releases on its own site, but there is no open machine-readable feed, lower-division SVNS 2 and 3 calendars lag, and full 2027 dates were still being released city by city as of late July 2026. Note that since January 2025 World Rugby no longer schedules a separate Rugby World Cup Sevens, and pages circulating a '7s World Cup 2026' calendar are fabricated and must not be used.
